In the WH Press Briefing from yesterday, Jay Carney was asked to name the capital of Israel. He gave a nervous laugh and said the position has not changed and very quickly tried to move off the topic. Lester White of the WH Press Corps pressed him on it shouting it out multiple times. The question is - What answer would he have given is this were not an election year?
